SEMINARS
General Info
Although sometimes motivation style speaking can be useful, what plumbing professionals want to hear is exactly how to make more money in their specific profession and exactly what to do to avoid productivity inhibiting problems.
Dave Bischof Seminars are solely for the plumbing related professions. Unlike most speakers, Dave Bischof has personally been on hundreds of plumbing service calls dealing with residential and commercial clients. This is how he has honed his educational seminars, not by preaching knowledge with no practical experience but by experiencing and perfecting it. He knows the problems associated with operating a plumbing practice, from client interaction, legal problems, sales techniques and staff motivation methods to plumbing practice marketing. And he has the answers your association members want and need to hear. Dave Bischof is the twice past president of the Plumbing, Heating, Cooling Contractors-LA Chapter Association and has served on that board for 6 years. He has also served on various California State PHCC committees including chairing CAPHCC's Contractors State License Board Task Force Committee, and as is the current Communications Committee Chairman and member of Quality Service Contractors. He is also a member of Contractors 2000. As a representative of the press he attends functions at all the enhanced service groups including Quality Service Contractors, Contractors 2000 and Plumbers Success International and has conducted lectures and seminars before such groups. For 7 years he has been a contributing writer for the Reeves Journal and Plumbing and Mechanical Magazine, as well as other smaller PHC related publications. He is also the creator and publisher of the online Plumbers Networking Forum. Anyone of these seminars, especially the "Yellow Page Ads; From Design to Legal Issues", "Contracts, Clauses and Invoice Design" Seminar and even more so, the "Business & Marketing Seminar for Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Drain Firms" will really knock the socks off attendees and give them a sense of value to your association membership and attendance because they will walk away afterwards stating "Wow!, that was awesome!". If you are interested in these or other seminars specifically for the plumbing professions, you are invited to call and discuss your association's needs.
