Within the plumbing profession, over 80% of service agreements are copies of each other. They are sorely lacking in legal protections as the written offerings and lack of clauses open up contractors to liability, misrepresentation issues and client perception problems.

In this seminar Dave Bischof shows many very different types of service agreements including the really profitable ones more like home plumbing warranties.

Every item offered in all the different types of service agreements and warranties are discussed, with many examples of the legal protective terms and clauses used by the big home warranty companies.
